Unfortunately, our availability is extremely limited, and this is why we're really asking those who are not yet ready to move forward and begin a healing journey to re-consider where you've landed here. We wish to serve as many people as we are able, which is why our office policy is non-negoitable.

When you contact us, our staff will email intake forms and ask you to fill them out and return them within 24 hours, along with a photo copy of your current driver's license (front and back.) We only accept payment via PayPal and require your payment with the return of your paperwork. Your first visit is completely non-refundable, no exceptions. If you wish to continue your session work, the cancellation policy is allowable only with 48 hour notice, no exceptions for any reasons. Again, this is simply because the space is quite limited. Once we receive your paperwork we will then work to schedule an appointment in accordance with the dates and times you've requested. We greatly appreciate your understanding and adherence to our rigid office policies, after two decades; it's been our best option offering no confusion. The policy will be in writing with your intake papers, which you'll need to sign and date. Once you begin your journey with us, you'll really appreciate why we maintain structure and care. Thank you.
