As both a guide and a witness we want to offer the tools to help you see your true self, your experiences, and your emotions through a detached lens of self-compassion and curiosity. By allowing yourself to recognize you're bigger than the circumstance and can navigate being the witness.

Our approach is treating your whole being, while learning to live consciously; while rooted with mindfulness and somatic awareness. We always remain client-centered, tailoring our sessions to your unique identity and holding a sacred space for what you are experiencing and needing in the moment. Together we will release limitations from your past, stretch your tolerance for what arises in the present, and foster hope for the future.

A Holistic Metaphysician is one who encompasses the knowingness that all aspects of life are fluid. Respect and recognition are ever present to the truth that there is life and manifestation beyond the physical realm. We acknowledge, honor, and revere the Philosophy of Science which Metaphysics upholds, revealing the nature of existence and how ones' mind recognizes they are not independent from one another.
