Orion Holistic Health Center/Private Practice 1995-Present:
Work involves an integrated approach encompassing Spiritual counseling and Mindfulness and Wellness Life Coaching, empathetic, open-minded communication, sacred listening which holds a space for every individual in need. Goal-oriented and progressive Holistic health and healing of core underlying issues. Providing a deeper comprehension of Divinity and the principles and theories of existence; the intersection of Spirituality and Science.
Focus on Stressors, difficult memories, sexual trauma, family dynamics and relationship support, chronic illness, grief, anxiety, LGBTQ related issues/support and life coaching to assist in achieving and maintaining a proactive, solution-focused, balanced, progressive lifestyle.
Ministerial Skills: As an Ordained Interfaith Non-Denominational Minister I have officiated Weddings, Funerals, Baby-namings, Birth rites, and facilitated monthly non-denominational services. Additional services include Hospital and home/hospice visitations, family/crisis interventions.
Lecturer/Teacher: World Spirituality – offering an understanding and embracing commonalities among the major world religions to understand the Oneness through research, reflection, and authentic experience. Teaches and gives lectures on Spiritual health and Holistic Living. Study of: Meditation, guided imagery, journaling, and neutral prayer. Lead classes in Somatic Therapy, Massage Therapy Certification, Reiki I, II and Ethics and Business Development in the related field.
Group Facilitation: Weekly women’s, men’s and couple’s support groups. Open communication, structured, open engaged dialogue, educational topic matter, Native American Talking Stick Circles. Groups receive a dedicated focus on boundaries, and personal expression - with an emphasis on healing from within and self-empowerment.
Somatic Holistic Health Practitioner: Massage Therapy, Reiki, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Neuromuscular Therapy, Energy Healing, Aroma Therapy and Hydrotherapy. Focus includes an integrative approach toward deep healing encompassing Mind, Body, Spirit, and Emotions.
Founder and Director: Operational duties inclusive of maintaining and overseeing a Holistic health center. Training with my therapy/service dog. I immensely enjoy indulgent, artistic expression with sketching/painting natural and fantasy art. I'm an Author and love to have written articles, and books, I’m an avid reader and write poems and inspirational pieces. I enjoy dedicating time to charitable causes. I absolutely love to explore new and exciting aspects of organic living and environmental consciousness. Meditate and pray well, while living a peaceful, centered life.
